Our services will make your holiday in Zermatt special.
We welcome you with open arms and provide all kinds of things to make you feel good at the ALEX LODGE in Zermatt.
1. Our pick-up service
Your holiday at the ALEX LODGE starts as soon as you arrive in Zermatt. We will pick you up with our “electro” taxi and drive you to your holiday apartment in Winkelmatten.
2. Your «starter kit»
Your first breakfast is provided: you will find milk, tea, coffee, orange juice, butter and jam in the fridge.
3. Our «good morning» service
A breakfast basket with fresh bread will be delivered daily on request.
4. Your SPA
For apartment guests exclusive spa facilities await you at the ALEX LODGE. Enjoy our steam-bath, sauna and jacuzzi. If you like swimming, you can use the indoor pool at the SchlossHotel (close to the train station) free of charge.
5. Massages on request
In the SPA we do have a separate massage room where you can enjoy the treatments. We do offer a few massages which can be booked on request in advance with an additional charge.
6. Laundry and cleaning service
We clean your apartment twice a week. You are on holiday, after all! Your holiday apartment will stay nice and inviting. Laundry service is available with an additional charge.
7. Baby- and child-minding service
If you would like to go somewhere without your children, we will gladly organise a babysitter with additional charge.
